Design Phase  A drawing and or model fee is typically required to develop projects that have no prior variations to draw from. However, for many projects that are variations of prior completions, a drawing fee can typically be waved, unless dimensional specifications and details are required for installation purposes.

Commissions  Terms: 50% deposit / 25% progress / 25% upon completion, prior to delivery. Much of my work does lend itself to custom commissions, based on an existing or prior version, that can be specified at a new size or proportion, or with an exchange of materials or colorations. If you see something you like, but the size or color doesn’t work in your home, send an email, and we can create a piece just for you.

Installation      For custom installations, I can offer guidance where possible, however buyers are encouraged to engage a qualified local installer or landscape professional to assess site requirements and prepare the installation area, and supply needed equipment for off-loading and site placements.

Shipping and Delivery For mid-scale work that can be transported in my personal truck, complimentary delivery is offered for works priced at $6,500 or more, for delivery destinations within a 200-mile driving radius of Jamestown, Rhode Island. For work that requires a larger truck, crating, or trailer service, or destinations further afield, will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Sales Tax All one-of-a-kind works qualify tax-free under our Rhode Island Sales Tax-Exempt Permit, saving collectors 7% on every purchase.
